A few guidelines for shared living.
These simple rules help everyone feel at home, respected and free to enjoy the experience.
Respect the house
Casa Mestra is a shared home. Treat common areas, furniture, appliances and the garden with care. Leave everything as you would like to find it.
Keep the rhythm
We value rest and focus. Keep noise low after 22:00 and before 08:00. Headphones are your friend for late-night calls or music.
Clean as you go
The kitchen and common spaces stay nice when everyone tidies up after themselves. Wash your dishes, wipe counters and take turns with shared tasks.
Be present
We came here to connect — with people, with nature, with ourselves. Use shared spaces for conversation and keep screens low during meals and gatherings.
No smoking inside
Smoking is only allowed outdoors, away from open windows and common areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
No pets
We love animals, but to keep the house comfortable for everyone — especially guests with allergies — we cannot accommodate pets. Thank you for understanding.
Leave no trace
During our outdoor activities, whatever waste we generate comes back home with us. Nothing stays in the mountains or on the beaches. We also encourage everyone to pick up at least 3 things on the way back — small gestures that leave the coast more beautiful than we found it.
Ask if unsure
Around the house you will find different posters with reminders that will help you understand how everything works. Anyway, if you have any questions, we are here to help and we will be happy to clarify everything that is necessary.
